Chef Rhodello Nuval - Filipino Tapa


  • One(1) pound Beef Loin thinly sliced
  • One(1) whole garlic clove
  • Three quarter(3/4) cup distilled vinigar
  • One fourth(1/4) cup sugar
  • One(1) tablespoon salt
  • One(1) tablespoon ground black pepper
  • Half(1/2) teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours
  • Spread the pieces of meat in a tray
  • Dry in the sun for at least a day
  • Take a fry pan with about a tablespoon of olive oil
  • Set to medium heat and fry meat
  • Make sure meat cooks evenly in pan
  • Serve with Garlic Rice and fried egg
